Washington Monument Peep Diorama

For Washington Post PeepShow VI. These are bunny peeps fixing the monument after the earthquake. There is a peep taking pictures, another reading a newspaper account of the earthquake, and the last is that famous peep giving money for the restoration. I really thought we had this one in the bank, but it only made the local gallery.

This made the semifinals Washington Post PeepShow V and was featured in People magazine. We should have made a YouTube video about it. Some dude made a video about building a Angry Birds cake and racked up 6 digits of hits. Crap.
